I tried to open the specification of the hardware using dxdiag command. I used to execute dxdiag command at run start-up menu by typing dxdiag then press enter.
I found out that it is not actually NEO brandbut it is made from CLEVO taiwan. I used to google the clevo driver download and I got the link www.clevo.com.tw/en/e-services/Download.asp.
Just try to select the option at the given website for your appropriate driver to download with supported operating system.
Hope this would be helpful from somebody else their looking for a solution of their neo drivers problem.
